Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and certificates (if any) intact.


 

Non-returnable Items

Several types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or engraved jewellery

  • Personalized or special order items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events

Please note that due to hygiene and purity reasons, used or worn jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged.


 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elvajewellers.in within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address if approved.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without confirmation from our support team.


 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need to exchange it for the same product, email us at info@elvajewellers.in with order details and product images.


 

Shipping for Returns

To return your product (after approval), you will need to send it securely packed to the address provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.

For your security, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it has valid tracking proof.


 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver directly.
